In March, 2014 Elite Motors founded Operator Training Center, which is equipped with Swedish Company Oryx’s world-class simulators for heavy machines used in construction, forestry, mining and cargo. Simulators provide enormous experience, is more effective and quicker than traditional way of training new operators and qualifying already professional operators.
Operator Training Center and its solutions are the one of the best ways to increase company’s productivity, thus decreasing fuel consumption and number of wear parts needed.
All training is carried out in a highly realistic environment that allows trainees to feel how the machine pitches and shakes. After completing the exercises, operators are ready to use their knowledge in real-life situations and to handle real machines well.
